Gröbenhof is a member of the initiative Tiroler Wirtshauskultur. The organization was founded with the aim of maintaining the culture of traditional Tyrolean hospitality, supporting the region’s traditional inns and restaurants, and encouraging a fresh, innovative approach to regional cooking. Currently, the initiative has 130 member restaurants, each offering the highest quality standards in Tyrolean hospitality.
Our restaurant has been awarded the AMA Restaurant Seal, a distinction granted to fine restaurants committed to serving their guests only the freshest, regional dishes made from high-quality, local ingredients. This seal of quality is a reliable indicator that guarantees culinary highlights paired with traditional quality.
We source many of our products from suppliers bearing the Tyrolean Quality seal (Qualität Tirol), ensuring maximal sustainability, quality, and freshness.
